Job Description

What you’ll do

1. Assist in supervising the overall operation of the housekeeping department as part of the pre-opening team, under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager.
2. Ensure all service standards are upheld, including cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with housekeeping staff and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams.
4. Address guest issues promptly and provide effective communication and solutions.
5. Monitor cleanliness and repair of public areas, guest rooms, linens, and equipment, advising on areas for improvement.
6. Support in handling guest complaints, special requests, VIPs, and repeat visitors to ensure complete satisfaction.
7. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
8. Assist with deep cleaning projects and support housekeeping staff during busy periods.
9. Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning guest suites to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
