  • Act as the primary liaison with our Data Science team, who will develop powerful algorithms based on the data you serve.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our data architecture and monitoring practices.
  • Build and maintain code (Python or Golang) to fully customize our tools (APIs, data scripts, etc.)
  • Collaborate in shared repositories making use of Git.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrated data engineering experience, building pipelines and ETLs.
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with ClickHouse or other column-oriented databases is specially valued.
  • Comfortable working in agile and collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with an international team in English, both written and spoken.

What to Expect

In your first month :

  • Complete your onboarding and understand our data ecosystem.
  • Get to know the entire team and integrate into our way of working.
  • Join ongoing database discussions, actively contributing with your insights.
  • Familiarize yourself with your squad’s product areas and internal support processes.

In your first three months :

  • Gain a deep understanding of our processes, tools, and architecture.
  • Identify and lead improvements in our data pipelines.
  • Own and deliver a successful project—whether a feature launch, a technical improvement, or a product enhancement— with technical independence.

In your first six months :

  • Become a key reference point in your team, being able to answer about current data solutions by yourself while suggesting any improvements you may think of.

Nice to Have :

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and personal data directives (GDPR).
  • Familiarity with Data Governance principles.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge architecture and meaningful projects in the hospitality sector.
