We are recruiting a brave mind with a native level of Italian and proficient level of Spanish and English to join us at our Madrid CoE office. If you want to play a key role in a multi-country, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

  1. Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation in market research studies via different means of communication (phone, email).
  2. Assist with project set-ups and field analysis.
  3. Take needed actions to invite and follow-up HCPs to ensure study progress as per given deadlines.
  4. Increase doctor’s engagement.
  5. Prepare sample lists.
  6. Manage invitation templates.
  7. Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies based on established standards.
  8. Initiate follow-up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum rate of return or additional information.
  9. Take care of customer service with HCPs.
  10. Run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies.
  11. Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program and support implementation of adaption to Local Fiscal / Legal regulations.
  12. Investigate, resolve and process panel incentive issues within defined guidelines in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
  13. Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Native or bilingual level of Italian is required.
  3. Very high level of Spanish and English is required.
  4. Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
  5. Very good communicator.
  6. Past experience in customer service is an advantage.
  7. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
