Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in leading and expanding our overseas influencer marketing business. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in business development, particularly in the influencer marketing or social media industry. This role requires strong knowledge of international social media platforms, excellent communication skills in English, and exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal clients.
  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a business development or sales role within the influencer marketing or social media agency industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively generate new business leads through channels such as cold outreach, networking events, social selling, and leveraging industry connections. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Acquisition Skills : Use proven methodologies to identify and secure potential brand clients, leveraging an established network within the influencer marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills for engaging and negotiating with global clients.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and the creator economy, including current trends and platform-specific strategies.
  • Adaptability and Drive : Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, adapt to market changes, and deliver results under pressure.
