Gleeds in Madrid is seeking a Junior to Intermediate-level Electrical Engineer to join our Cost Management team, specialising in data centre projects. The role focuses on the cost management of electrical installations throughout the project lifecycle, from early cost advice through to settlement of the final account.

You will deliver high-quality services, prepare cost plans and tender documents, evaluate submissions and contribute to cost databases and client reports.

Formación

• Construction industry experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Eligibility to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver cost management services for data centre projects.
• Prepare and present cost estimates and option studies.
• Prepare cost plans and cost-in-use studies.
• Advise on procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Value completed work and administer final accounts.
• Produce reports and maintain cost databases.
