Job summary

MTM Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to drive excellence across major data centre projects in Europe. This site-based role involves a three‑week on-site rotation followed by one week at home, reporting to the HSEQ Director and shaping safety programs across construction activities.

You will lead audits, coach management, and ensure regulatory compliance, while coordinating training and stakeholder engagement to elevate safety performance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in an EHS role with proven safety program improvements.
• Experience leading site-based teams on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and auditing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with safety management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews of work practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead the development and execution of the strategic vision for EHS excellence across all construction projects.
• Provide coaching to senior construction management to align actions with safety policies.
• Oversee EHS documentation and ensure records are accurate and compliant.
• Develop proactive EHS objectives that support growth and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site audits, investigations, and corrective actions to drive improvements.
• Lead planning and delivery of EHS training to meet regulatory standards.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to support EHS initiatives.
• Mentor EHS Advisor team members to enhance knowledge and capability.
