Position Overview

We are hiring Data Center Technicians for our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. These technicians troubleshoot and resolve a range of data center infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems. As part of the Data Center Operations (DCO) team, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and hardware across AWS Cloud regions, becoming the primary resolver for your support team and developing troubleshooting skills across hardware and software cases.

You will troubleshoot most infrastructure issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate solutions groups.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Safety: Maintain the highest safety standards, promote a safety culture, and own safety initiatives and projects.
2. Data Center Operations (DCO): Diagnose hardware and network problems, perform physical repairs, troubleshoot within SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, handle equipment physically, work rotating shifts, and respond to emergency calls as needed.
