Edged Spain has an exciting opportunity for a Data Center Site Contract Administrator.

In this position, you will work directly with the Data Center Site Manager and Regional Contract Administrator and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data center budget. The ideal candidate needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Manage the monthly KPI reporting process
  2. Manage vendor purchase orders and provide daily support to the site manager
  3. Coordinate with other departments on contract documents, procedures, and internal reports
  4. Establish a strong business partner culture on the site to achieve targets by combining different skills
  5. Conduct quarterly audits of physical inventory and process compliance to validate internal controls
  6. Supervise KPIs and SLAs, vendor agreements
  7. Support internal and customer audits and coordinate related activities
  8. Manage documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer processes
  9. Support operations and project teams
  10. Develop timeframe models for PO management and supplier support
  11. Facilitate weekly and monthly reports with stakeholders
  12. Manage contract documentation
  13. Supervise and follow up on PO processing and vendor payments
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mission-critical industries
  • Experience managing Opex budgets
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14000, 50000 standards
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP
