Eaton’s EMEA Projects team is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle from order intake through construction to handover. The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions across multiple manufacturing locations.

Location begins in Zaragoza with remote onboarding, then hybrid work up to 50% on-site within the EMEA region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Accredited Project Management certification with construction site focus is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with Data Centre/Medium Voltage infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from PO to handover for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure (Medium Voltage).
• Build and manage project teams; organize kick-offs and regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and risk registers; proactively mitigate issues.
• Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning.
• Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.
