Eaton is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Datacenter projects from order intake through construction and handover. You will manage scope, cost, and risk while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple locations.

Based in Zaragoza with remote onboarding and a hybrid work arrangement, the role requires 5+ years on construction-site management in MV infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; accredited Project Management certification with construction site focus is advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with hands-on Data Centre/Medium Voltage infrastructure projects; experience in large industrial projects with automation and controls considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order to handover, covering design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure in Medium Voltage projects.
• Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular meetings to align all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation of issues.
• Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning.
• Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.
