We are seeking a Data Center Junior Operations Engineer to join our Spain-Portugal team, working directly with our Data Center Site Manager and supporting the site operations team.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Support Management in Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Security, and Cleaning of the assigned facilities.
• Provide support in the supervision of the execution of services at a technical level.
• Provide support in personnel management (training, selection, labor relations).
• Support supervision of compliance with internal policies and procedures in Risk Prevention, Health and Safety, and Quality.
• Assist in supervising the methodologies implemented.
• Support in the preparation of budgets.
• Assist in the generation of reports.

• Specific Skills / Abilities:
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Power BI, Word, Excel, MS Apps, etc.)
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools (Python, Minitab, etc.)
