Omega CRM Consulting is looking for an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role manages the lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns across marketing, medical, and market access teams globally. It involves translating business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet expectations and best practices. The OAS promotes innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing, collaborating with global stakeholders and markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gather, understand, and document campaign requirements from stakeholders.
  • Ensure comprehensive campaign briefings reflecting business rules.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate business rules into configurations within NBA marketing tools.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery aligned with standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards for data needs and reporting.
  • Ensure data attributes are available for activations.
  • Conduct quality checks, tests, and system integrations.
  • Implement corrections and optimizations for campaign functionality.
  • Document and optimize automation processes.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows.
  • Share knowledge and promote best practices.
  • Ensure optimal use of automation tools.
  • Work with IT and vendors to improve tools.
  • Provide status updates on campaigns.
  • Address impediments in the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica).
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SQL proficiency (2+ years); AWS querying knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in QA testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to share best practices.
  • Mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
