Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. The role involves managing the lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns for marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide. The OAS translates business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and adhere to best practices. The role also involves driving innovation, optimizing processes, and sharing knowledge across the organization, working with global stakeholders including GCOs and IT.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders.
  • Ensure comprehensive campaign briefings that reflect business rules and expectations.
  • Provide feedback, including best practices and optimizations.
  • Translate business rules into configurations within NBA marketing tools.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery aligned with global standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts and other roles to secure necessary data.
  • Conduct quality checks, simulations, and system tests.
  • Identify and implement corrections or optimizations.
  • Document and optimize automation processes.
  • Create and maintain workflow documentation.
  • Share knowledge and promote best practices.
  • Ensure proper use of automation tools and collaborate with IT and vendors for enhancements.
  • Provide status updates and address campaign impediments.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, etc.
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • SQL proficiency (2+ years required), experience with AWS querying is a plus.
  • Strong QA, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus.
