Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns for marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide. The OAS translates business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and best practices. The role involves driving innovation, optimizing processes, and sharing knowledge across the organization, working with global stakeholders and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, understand, and document campaign requirements from market stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaign briefings are comprehensive and reflect agreed-upon business rules.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate business rules into configurations within NBA marketing tools.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery aligned with global standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to secure necessary data.
  • Conduct quality checks, simulations, and testing.
  • Define and optimize automation processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support workflows.
  • Share knowledge and promote best practices.
  • Ensure effective use of automation tools and collaborate with IT and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • SQL proficiency (2+ years required); experience with AWS querying is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
