The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns for marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide. The OAS translates business rules into configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and best practices. The role involves driving innovation, optimizing processes, and sharing knowledge across the organization, working with global stakeholders and markets.
