We are looking for a seasoned Analyst and Data Visualisation Expert to support our data science and analytics team, focusing on Direct To Consumer data products.

The ideal candidate is a great storyteller and a strong technical contributor with experience solving business problems using data-driven tools. You will be responsible for delivering analytical products such as analyses, dashboards, insights, and recommendations, with a special focus on clickstream data. Your role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to enhance strategic decision-making and to track benefits derived from data products. A high level of curiosity about the business and the ability to discover impactful insights from data are essential. Responsibilities include :

  • Conducting analysis to estimate the expected value of data products.
  • Measuring and tracking benefits created by data products, translating them into financial or key KPI metrics.
  • Supporting business stakeholders and regional data analysts by understanding their needs and providing guidance.
  • Creating dashboards to monitor adoption and business impact of launched features and data products.
  • Diving deep into complex business problems and providing insights on digital features and AI model performance through hypothesis testing.
  • Partnering with data science, analytics, and product managers for planning, goal setting, and prioritization.
  • Collaborating with data and engineering teams to improve instrumentation, reporting, and debugging.
  • Working with A / B test teams to design experiments and analyze results.
  • Bringing data to life through storytelling to audiences with varying technical expertise, informing strategic decisions.
  • Promoting a culture of data-driven technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.

Qualifications include :

  • At least 3 years of professional experience analyzing complex data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
  • At least 3 years of applied data visualization experience using Tableau and PowerBI.
  • At least 3 years of experience extracting and manipulating large datasets from relational databases such as Amazon Redshift, Oracle, or Google BigQuery.
  • Coding skills in at least one statistical or programming language (R or Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience working with big data, especially clickstream data, in sectors like ecommerce, gaming, or social networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
