We're looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and implement data solutions that support clinical trial systems. This role requires expertise in clinical operations, data architecture, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the development of end-to-end data flows, integration architecture, and data standards for clinical trial systems (EDC, CTMS, SSU, eTMF)
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GXP)
  • Establish a streamlined master & reference data exchange framework
  • Optimize real-time data access, transparency, and AI / GenAI integration for clinical trials
  • Collaborate with data governance teams, business process owners, and system configuration experts

Core skills / experience

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, specifically in clinical trial systems and healthcare data
  • Deep knowledge of EDC, CTMS, SSU, and eTMF systems
  • Expertise in data standards, integration, and regulatory compliance (GXP and industry guidelines)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
