Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade data solutions using Microsoft Fabric technologies in support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical leads, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and insight-driven platforms.
You will lead the architecture and technical design of complex CCaaS implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring scalable, intelligent, and seamless customer engagement across all service channels.
