Una empresa internacional en el ámbito de la arquitectura busca un arquitecto / arquitecto de interiores para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. En esta emocionante posición, participarás en proyectos que van desde pequeñas renovaciones hasta grandes inversiones en viviendas y comercios. Serás responsable de diseñar espacios interiores, realizar estudios de viabilidad, y coordinar con diversos profesionales para asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y cumplan con los estándares de calidad. Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en diseño de interiores y gestión de proyectos.
  • Fluidez en inglés y francés; alemán es un plus.

We are an international company with in-house Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation, and Architecture. With EPCM expertise in more than 10 countries around the globe, we foster an entrepreneurial and team-building mindset.

Arquid S.L.P. is an architectural office that started in Spain in 2003 with a significant international professional trajectory, opening offices in France, Germany, the UK, and Belgium. We work for private clients on residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hotel, and cultural projects, offering integral Architecture, Project Management, design, and consulting services. Arquid is part of GROUP IPS holding.

Now, we are looking for an Architect / Interior Architect in our office in Madrid.

As an employee of ARQUID, you will actively participate in a wide range of projects, from small improvements and renovations to large residential, retail, and office investments. You will collaborate with team members executing a variety of projects.

What is the role About?

As an Architect / Interior Architect, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Design and plan interior spaces for residential, retail, and office projects, tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and space optimization.
  • Perform feasibility studies and budget estimates, preparing and submitting construction applications and other necessary administrative documents for smooth project progression.
  • Create technical drawings, basic and executive designs for both national and international projects, aligning with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, technicians, suppliers, and other professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and local specifications, ensuring the construction process follows design expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client presentations, project budgets, and planning, tracking expenses, controlling costs, and delivering projects on time, while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Degree or master’s in architecture with a focus on Interior Design.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field and similar positions.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Experience in project supervision of hotels, residential, retail, and/or office projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating with suppliers, clients, and project planning.
  • Experience developing projects in all phases.
  • Strong ability to understand the needs of clients and projects with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience with CAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Office package.
  • Travel availability; open to 30% national and international mobility.
