The role involves leading IT project deliverables, managing workflows, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience and be proficient in creating functional requirements while automating reporting processes. A high level of English and knowledge of AWS is advantageous.

We're seeking a Data Analyst interested in team management (Tech Lead)!

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT - 100% REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the lead data analyst for IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing workflow requirements and documenting final outputs.
2. Identify strategic data sources and evaluate any gaps or impacts.
3. Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
4. Collaborate with solution architects, BI teams, and data analysts to define the target state.
5. Show strong experience with data mapping, data flows, and technical documentation.
6. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
7. Experience writing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
8. Ability to create/manage workflow plans and mitigate risks.
9. Experience building workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Interest in chatbot / AI training workflows.
