We're seeking a Data Analyst interested in team management (Tech Lead)!

• Act as the lead data analyst for IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing workflow requirements and documenting final outputs.
• Identify strategic data sources and evaluate any gaps or impacts.
• Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, BI teams, and data analysts to define the target state.
• Demonstrate strong experience with data mapping, data flows, and technical documentation .
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in writing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to create / manage workflow plans and mitigate risks.
• Knowledge of AWS .
• Interest in chatbot / AI training workflows.
