We're seeking a Data Analyst interested in team management (Tech Lead)!

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT - 100% REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the lead data analyst for IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing workflow requirements and documenting final outputs.
2. Identify strategic data sources and evaluate any gaps or impacts.
3. Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
4. Collaborate with solution architects, BI teams, and data analysts to define the target state.
5. Utilize strong experience with data mapping, data flows, and technical documentation.
6. Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
7. Write functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
8. Create and manage workflow plans and mitigate risks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Interest in chatbot / AI training workflows.
