• 7+ years of experience in data analysis.

We're seeking a Data Analyst interested in team management (Tech Lead)!

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT - 100% REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead data analyst for IT project deliverables, responsible for capturing workflow requirements and documenting final outputs.
• Identify strategic data sources and evaluate any gaps or impacts.
• Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate tasks and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, BI teams, and data analysts to define the target state.
• Strong experience with data mapping, data flows, and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience writing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Ability to create/manage workflow plans and mitigate risks.
• Experience building chatbot / AI training workflows is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS.
