Responsibilities
- Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects to provide clients with benchmark insights.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector and industry to contribute to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
- Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
- Identify when to involve specialists from other service lines to enhance client advisory.
- Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during pre-sales, analyzing and communicating risks before project initiation.
- Engage directly in delivering services for complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
- Develop new methodologies within your field to impact team work and improve outcomes.
- Evaluate implementation results against proposals, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Leadership & People Management
- Act as a role model, managing team development as a People Lead.
- Establish and communicate team objectives clearly.
- Develop and manage talent within the team, leveraging tools to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze issues logically, interpret relevant information, and facilitate data sharing within the team.
- Support and motivate team members to foster commitment and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR on career development and participate in performance evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
- Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and English proficiency.
- Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
- At least 5 years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
- Proficiency in software tools: Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to improve services and customer experience.
