Formación

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology for marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

Responsibilities

  1. Gain industry and market expertise through various projects, providing clients with benchmarking insights.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector to contribute to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
  3. Analyze, estimate, and prepare proposals to support the commercial team.
  4. Identify when to involve specialists from other service lines to enhance client advisory.
  5. Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during pre-sales, analyzing and communicating risks before project initiation.
  6. Deliver services for highly complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
  7. Develop new methodologies within your field to improve team outcomes and impact.
  8. Evaluate implementation results to assess efficiency and customer satisfaction.

People Leadership

  1. Act as a role model, managing team development as a People Lead.
  2. Establish and communicate team objectives effectively.
  3. Develop and manage talent within the team, utilizing tools to achieve organizational goals.
  4. Analyze issues logically, interpret relevant data, and facilitate team coordination.
  5. Support and motivate team members, fostering commitment and professional growth.
  6. Collaborate with HR on career development initiatives and participate in performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • At least 5 years in roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
  • Proficiency in tools like Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with business and technology teams.
  • English proficiency.
