Responsibilities:

  • Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects to provide clients with a benchmarking perspective.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector and industry, contributing to business objectives by developing new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
  • Identify when specialists from other service lines are needed to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and control commercial risks during pre-sales.
  • Analyze and interpret risks before project initiation and communicate them to operations.
  • Engage directly in delivering services for highly complex and high-risk projects, in coordination with operations.
  • Develop new methodologies within their field to impact work and improve outcomes.
  • Evaluate implementation results against the proposed solution, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a People Lead, act as a role model and manage team development:

  • Establish and implement a communication strategy to define team objectives.
  • Develop and manage talent within the team, leveraging tools to enhance organizational goals.
  • Conduct logical analyses, identify issues, and interpret relevant information to facilitate team coordination and problem-solving.
  • Support and motivate team members to foster commitment to organizational objectives.
  • Listen to team members, understand their needs, and collaborate with HR for career development.
  • Participate in decisions regarding professional development, evaluation, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and proficiency in English.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of the applications.
  • Experience collaborating with business units and technology teams to improve services, environments, and customer experience.
