Responsibilities

  • Gain industry and market expertise through participation in various projects, providing clients with benchmark insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector to contribute to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
  • Identify when to involve specialists from other service lines to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and mitigate commercial risks during pre-sales.
  • Analyze and communicate risks before project initiation to Operations.
  • Deliver services for highly complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
  • Develop new methodologies within your responsibility area to improve team outcomes.
  • Evaluate implementation results, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Act as a role model and People Lead by:

  • Establishing clear communication strategies for team objectives.
  • Developing and managing talent within the team.
  • Analyzing issues, interpreting data, and facilitating team collaboration.
  • Supporting and motivating team members for organizational commitment.
  • Listening to team needs and collaborating on career development.
  • Participating in decisions related to professional growth and performance evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong skills in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of applications.
  • Experience collaborating with business units and tech teams to improve services and customer experience.
  • Knowledge in Data Engineering & Cloud: Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python.
  • Skills in Analytics & BI: Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Proficiency in English.
