El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en análisis de datos y liderazgo de equipos, con un enfoque en la optimización de procesos y la satisfacción del cliente. Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Experiencia en recopilación e interpretación de datos empresariales.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar una comprensión integral del sector de análisis para contribuir a los objetivos comerciales.
  • Implementar mecanismos para identificar y controlar riesgos comerciales.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

  1. Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects to provide clients with a benchmarking perspective.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector and industry to contribute to business objectives through new product and service development aligned with client needs.
  3. Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
  4. Identify when to involve specialists from other service lines or knowledge areas to enhance client advisory.
  5. Implement mechanisms to identify and control commercial risks during pre-sales.
  6. Analyze and interpret risks before project initiation and communicate them to Operations.
  7. Engage directly in delivering services for highly complex and high-risk projects, in coordination with Operations.
  8. Develop new methodologies within your responsibility area to impact team work and improve outcomes.
  9. Evaluate implementation results against the proposed solutions, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a People Lead, act as a role model and manage team development:

  1. Establish and implement a clear communication strategy to define team objectives.
  2. Develop and manage talent within the team, leveraging tools to meet organizational goals.
  3. Conduct logical analyses, identify issues, interpret relevant information, and facilitate data sharing within the team, helping to remove obstacles.
  4. Support, encourage, and motivate team members to foster commitment to organizational and team objectives.
  5. Listen to team members’ needs and collaborate with HR to facilitate their career development.
  6. Participate in decisions regarding professional development, evaluation, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  2. Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  3. Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  5. Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of implemented applications.
  6. Experience collaborating with business units and technology teams to enhance services, environments, and customer experience.
