Responsibilities

  • Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects to provide clients with a "benchmark" perspective.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Analytics sector and the industry, contributing to business objectives by developing new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
  • Identify when specialists from other service lines or knowledge areas are needed to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and control commercial risks during the pre-sales phase.
  • Analyze and interpret risks before project initiation and communicate them to Operations.
  • Directly engage in delivering services for highly complex and high-risk projects, in coordination with Operations.
  • Develop new methodologies within their field of responsibility to impact the work of others and improve area outcomes.
  • Evaluate implementation results against the proposed solution, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Acts as a role model for the team, managing their development as a People Lead :

  • Establishes and implements a communication strategy to clearly define team objectives.
  • Develops and manages talent within the team, leveraging tools to enhance people and organizational goals.
  • Conducts logical analyses, identifies issues, seeks and interprets relevant information to share and coordinate data within the team, and helps remove obstacles to progress.
  • Supports, encourages, and motivates team members to foster commitment to the organization and area objectives.
  • Listens to team members, gathers their professional and personal needs, and collaborates with HR to facilitate career development.
  • Participates in decision-making regarding professional development, evaluation, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Proficiency in software tools related to the core technologies of the implemented applications.
  • Collaboration with business units and technology teams to enhance services, environments, and customer experience.
