Formación

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

Responsibilities

  • Gain industry expertise through various projects, providing clients with benchmarking insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Analytics sector to support business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to assist the commercial team.
  • Identify when to involve specialists from other service lines to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement mechanisms to identify and mitigate commercial risks during pre-sales.
  • Analyze and communicate risks before project initiation to Operations.
  • Deliver services for complex, high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
  • Develop new methodologies to improve team outcomes and impact.
  • Evaluate project implementation results to assess efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Act as a role model and manage team development as a People Lead:

  • Define team objectives through effective communication strategies.
  • Develop and manage talent within the team, utilizing tools to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze issues, interpret relevant data, and facilitate communication within the team.
  • Motivate and support team members to foster engagement and commitment.
  • Address professional and personal development needs in collaboration with HR.
  • Participate in decisions related to team performance and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
  • Strong skills in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools.
  • Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to improve services and customer experience.
