Responsibilities
- Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects, providing clients with a benchmark perspective.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector, contributing to business objectives by creating new products and services aligned with client needs.
- Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
- Identify when specialists from other service lines are needed to enhance client advisory.
- Implement mechanisms to identify and control commercial risks during pre-sales.
- Analyze and interpret risks before project initiation and communicate them to Operations.
- Deliver services for highly complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations.
- Develop new methodologies within their field to impact others and improve outcomes.
- Evaluate implementation results against the proposed solution, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a role model and manage team development as a People Lead, including establishing communication strategies, developing talent, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent vocational training.
- Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and English proficiency.
- Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
- Proficiency in software tools such as Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to enhance services and customer experience.
- Languages: English proficiency.
