El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en análisis de datos, habilidades en herramientas de datos y un enfoque en la mejora continua. Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Experiencia en la recopilación e interpretación de datos de negocio.
  • Colaboración con unidades de negocio y equipos tecnológicos.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar una comprensión completa del sector de análisis y contribuir a los objetivos comerciales.
  • Actuar como modelo a seguir para el equipo, gestionando su desarrollo.
  • Implementar mecanismos para identificar y controlar riesgos comerciales.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in the use of technology applied to marketing and providing a unique customer relationship focus on innovation. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

Responsibilities

  1. Gain industry and market expertise by participating in various projects to provide clients with a benchmark perspective.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the analytics sector and industry, contributing to business objectives by developing new products and services aligned with client needs.
  3. Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the commercial team.
  4. Identify when specialists from other service lines are needed to enhance client advisory.
  5. Implement mechanisms to identify and control commercial risks during pre-sales.
  6. Analyze and interpret risks before project initiation and communicate them to operations.
  7. Engage in delivering services for highly complex and high-risk projects in coordination with operations.
  8. Develop new methodologies to impact work and improve outcomes.
  9. Evaluate implementation results against the proposed solution, assessing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Act as a role model for the team, managing their development as a People Lead:

  1. Establish and implement a communication strategy to define team objectives.
  2. Develop and manage talent within the team, leveraging tools to enhance organizational goals.
  3. Conduct logical analyses, identify issues, and interpret relevant information to share and coordinate data within the team.
  4. Support, encourage, and motivate team members to foster commitment.
  5. Listen to team members’ needs and collaborate with HR for career development.
  6. Participate in decision-making regarding professional development, evaluation, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, and process optimization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager / Solution Architect).
  • Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of implemented applications.
  • Experience collaborating with business units and technology teams to enhance services and customer experience.
  • Skills in Data Engineering & Cloud: Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python.
  • Skills in Analytics & BI: Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • English proficiency.
