Job summary

HappyRobot is hiring a data-focused role to turn data into product insights. You will work with product, engineering, and ML teams to measure model and feature impact, design experiments, and translate results into actionable improvements. You will analyze millions of conversations and workflows to guide the roadmap.

You’ll build dashboards, quantify outcomes like task completion and efficiency, and collaborate across teams to prioritize high-impact work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data Science, Product Analytics, or quantitative product roles.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, statistics, and causal inference.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency.
• Ability to translate questions into rigorous analyses and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes and product features.
• Measure how agent performance affects client outcomes and efficiency.
• Build dashboards and analytical data models for teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
