HappyRobot in Barcelona is seeking a Data Scientist to define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics while designing experiments to measure impact. You will design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes, prompts, and product features that influence real-world performance.

Additionally, you will conduct deep analyses across conversations and workflows to connect offline evaluations with production outcomes and client impact.

Formación

• Experience as a Data Scientist or analytics-focused role.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments to quantify impact.
• Familiarity with interpreting experiments and linking results to product outcomes.
