Job summary

Glovo Group in Barcelona is seeking a Data Analytics & Growth Intern who will explore the acquisition funnel and help identify where couriers come from. You will compare Paid Ads, Referrals, and Organic traffic across markets while gaining hands-on experience with campaigns on major ad platforms.

You’ll apply SQL and Python to query databases, automate reports, and build Looker/Sheets dashboards that show the funnel from first click to first order to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering, Math, Business, or a technological domain (including tech bootcamps).
• Data-oriented with love for numbers; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong desire to learn SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Growth mindset with interest in Performance Marketing and Organic Growth.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform funnel analysis across sources to identify high-quality couriers at best cost.
• Analyze referrals and growth programs; track volumes and patterns.
• Support day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Learn SQL and Python to automate reports across regions.
• Provide feedback on creative assets to drive conversions.
• Build dashboards and visibility tools to portray acquisition funnel end-to-end.
