NUMBERO, a leading German tech startup revolutionizing after-sales processes in car dealerships, is looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI (m/f/d) to join our growing development hub in Valencia.

We're currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to help us further develop our SaaS product and strengthen our position as an industry leader. What you'll do

1. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources (databases, APIs, Excel, etc.) to support after-sales process improvements. Perform statistical analysis and interpret trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.
2. Power BI Reporting: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making in after-sales processes. Implement DAX functions to enhance Power BI models and reports.
3. Data Management: Build and maintain data models to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Integrate multiple data sources into reporting structures related to after-sales in car dealerships. Stay current with Power BI features and industry best practices.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry or with after-sales process data.
• Knowledge of Azure, SQL Server, or other cloud-based databases.
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
