Job Overview
As part of the Data Operations team within the Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions group, you will focus on enhancing digital capabilities and advanced analytics. You will develop new digital products that provide critical insights to solve business challenges. The successful candidate will work on improving chemical data understanding across the organization through better processes, governance, and data management.

Main Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate reporting requirements and business process changes.
Develop and maintain data products.
Develop, test, and operationalize standardized reporting.
Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
Lead automation of processes and analyses.
Train other teams in systems, tools, and processes owned by ADS.
Proactively recommend solutions and identify opportunities for business intelligence reporting improvements.
Collaborate with IT to specify and implement enhancements to data pipelines.
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent advanced degree.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) roles.
Experience with AI and BI data modeling and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure AI, TensorFlow, Streamlit, Flask, Power Apps, Power BI, Snowflake, Azure SQL Database.
Intermediate SQL skills or willingness to learn.
Fluent in English.
Full-time availability.
Must have completed bachelor’s or master’s degree studies to be eligible for the traineeship contract.
Work permit in Barcelona.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing reports and dashboards.
Project management experience.
Ability to improve processes in a changing environment.
Training or experience in data science areas like time series analysis, forecasting, classification, or regression.
Experience with data analytics tools such as R, MATLAB, Stata, SAS.
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
Power BI experience.
Experience in project management.
Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus.
Enrollment in or recent completion of studies in Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering preferred.
