ARE YOU READY TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE?

Your responsibilities will include, among others :

1. Deriving data-driven insights through analyzing various data sources to identify business challenges and opportunities, evaluate portfolio performance, and recommend corrective actions. This also includes assessing commercial excellence initiatives and performing CRM analysis.
2. Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving reports and dashboards using Power BI, including recurring KPIs to communicate operational performance for strategic initiatives.
3. Leading projects to enhance data accuracy by optimizing existing processes and deploying new analytics solutions, ensuring data integration, harmonization, and centralization.
4. Supporting the implementation of Sales Force strategies through projects like sales incentive calculations, payout analysis, segmentation, targeting initiatives, and HCP profiling.
5. Building strong collaborations with cross-functional teams to meet their business needs and foster a data-centric culture through training and ad-hoc interactions.
6. Providing insights into market trends and the competitive landscape via secondary market research.

DO YOU DARE TO JOIN THE FAMILY?

• University degree in ADE, pharmacy, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
