Formación

Descripción del empleo

As a Data Analyst Senior, you are responsible for building SQL, Qlik, and PowerBI data models to support key business decisions. You will collaborate with product owners, guide team members, and work closely with clients on challenges related to Data Foundations, Data Analytics, and Data Science.

You will work alongside data engineers, BI analysts, and product owners to create fast, efficient, and scalable data intelligence solutions for Werfen employees.

Key Accountabilities

Among others, you will:

• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team or multiple projects, preferably in digital/tech and health/diagnostics/life sciences sectors.
• Work with the team and stakeholders to identify requirements, define models, and initiate new analytics projects.
• Build data models with SQL and automate them using Python. Possess deep knowledge of datasets within the data lake to guide stakeholders effectively.
• Apply appropriate data models to solve business problems.
• Leverage creative solutions, analytics, and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance insights and drive ROI.

Networking / Key Relationships

Building trust-based relationships within the organization is critical to respond effectively to internal customer needs while aligning with corporate strategy.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

Required:

• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, or similar dashboarding tools
• Knowledge of statistical programming (Python/R) with libraries like Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, and experience with Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud computing
• Knowledge of DataOps principles
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Git version control

Skills & Capabilities

Proficiency in data analysis, with a strong interest in understanding various business domains. Ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical colleagues is essential.
