We are in the process of selecting a Data Analyst.

Job Responsibilities / Role

• Perform as-is analysis and documentation of functional process flows.
• Identify and document all data used, including input, outputs, transformations, and data flows in EUCs (end-user computing), reports, forums, and committees.
• Design and document the to-be process.
• Create BRDs and technical specifications for the to-be data sets, including transformations, mappings, and integration with BI tools.
• Simplify and automate data processes and report creation.
• Conduct technical testing to ensure code meets requirements and manage UAT, resolving incidents as needed.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
• Practical experience in complex data analysis using SQL.
• Experience in creating BI reports, including data provisioning and modeling.
• Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate between users, developers, and change management.
• Effective planning and organization skills, understanding how work relates to others.
• Experience working with end users to plan and execute UAT.

Nice to Have Skills

• Good understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS and BI tools.
• Deep experience working in Financial Services or Banking organizations, with knowledge of Financial Services, Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs and data migrations.
• A passion for learning and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Experience with AI tools.
