We're looking for a Data Analyst - Performance Marketing & Audience Segmentationwith expertise in audience clustering and segmentation to enhance the performance of our marketing efforts. We invest heavily across several digital ad channels, targeting various segments, and need an analyst to lead this area within our remote team.

You will collaborate with our Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to optimize existing campaigns and uncover new opportunity segments in our customer data using clustering models and other data science techniques.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer and marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics like LTV, CAC and conversion funnels.
  • Experience in subscription model data analysis and performance marketing.
  • Experienced in segmentation logic (demographic, behavioral, clustering techniques).
  • Proficient in BigQuery’s Standard SQL and dbt for data transformations.
  • Practiced in exploratory data analysis using Python.
  • Practical experience clustering (K-Means, Hierarchical, DBSCAN, Gaussian) data sets,and ideally some experience deploying ML models.
  • Comfortable in a startup - Jira, slack, standups, proactively reaching teammates forquestions or support.
  • Experience with GA4, Segment and Meta/Google Ads platforms a plus.
  • Experience with marketing mix modelling and multitouch attributions.
  • Able to visualise data in Tableau or Looker.
  • Fluent in English.

Desired Skills

  • Define and monitor KPIs for our performance marketing segments. Track performanceacross channels and validate new audience tests.
  • Uncover strategic insights: dive into customer and campaign data to surface new
    target segments and campaign opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards: own and evolve dashboards in Tableau, Looker
    Studio, and Mixpanel. Ensure their accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Drive experimentation: help shape our A/B testing culture. Design tests, analyze
    results, and promote experimentation as a core growth lever.
  • Shape the Customer Analytics roadmap: own our approach to user segmentation,
    buyer persona development, engagement and retention cohorts
