RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE

• Perform analysis and documentation of functional process flows.
• Identify and document all data used, including input, outputs, transformations, and data flows in EUCs, reports, forums, and committees.
• Design and document the to-be process.
• Create BRDs and technical specifications for data sets, including transformations, mappings, and integration with BI tools.
• Simplify and automate data usage in processes and report creation.
• Conduct technical testing to ensure code meets requirements and manage UAT, resolving incidents as needed.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
• Practical experience with complex data analysis using SQL.
• Experience creating BI reports, including data provisioning and modeling.
• Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate between users, developers, and change management.
• Ability to plan and organize work within objectives and understand its relation to others.
• Experience working with end users to plan and execute UAT.
