Formación

• Experiencia práctica en análisis de datos complejo con SQL.
• Capacidad para liderar iniciativas de datos y coordinar acciones entre usuarios y desarrolladores.
• Experiencia creando informes BI y gestionando pruebas de aceptación de usuarios.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar análisis as-is y documentar flujos de procesos funcionales.
• Simplificar y automatizar procesos de datos y creación de informes.
• Realizar pruebas técnicas y gestionar UAT, resolviendo todos los incidentes.

We are in the process of selecting a Data Analyst.

Job Responsibilities / Role

• Conduct as-is analysis and document functional process flows.
• Identify and document all data used, including input, outputs, transformations, and data flows in EUCs (end-user computing), reports, forums, and committees.
• Design and document the to-be process.
• Create BRDs and technical specifications for the to-be data sets, including transformations, mappings, and integration with BI tools.
• Simplify and automate data processes and report creation.
• Perform technical testing to ensure code meets requirements and manage UAT, ensuring all incidents are resolved.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
• Practical experience with complex data analysis using SQL.
• Experience creating BI reports, including data provisioning and modeling.
• Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate engagement between users, developers, and change management.
• Ability to plan and organize own time within objectives and understand how work relates to others.
• Experience working with end users to plan and execute user acceptance testing.
• Nice to have skills include:
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS and BI tools.
• Deep experience working in Financial Services or Banking organizations, with knowledge of Financial Services, Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.
• Exposure to large transformation programs and data migrations.
• Passion for learning and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Experience with AI tools.
