We are in the process of selecting a Data Analyst.

Job Responsibilities / Role

1. As-is analysis / documentation of functional process flow.
2. Identification and documentation of all the data used, i.e., input, outputs, transformations, and data flows, in the EUCs (end-user computing), reports, forums, and committees.
3. Design / Document the to-be process.
4. Create BRDs and technical specifications for the to-be data sets, including specifying the transformation / mappings and integration to the BI tools.
5. Simplify and automate the data used in the process and creation of reports.
6. Technical testing to ensure the code matches the requirements and managing the UAT process, ensuring all incidents are resolved.

Mandatory Skills

1. Advanced written and verbal communication skills covering requirements gathering, specifications, user stories, and guides.
2. Practical experience carrying out complex data analysis using SQL.
3. Experience of creating BI reports including the provisioning / modeling of the data.
4. Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate engagement between users, developers, and change management.
5. Able to plan and organize own time within objectives and to understand how work relates to others.
6. Experience working with end users to plan and execute user acceptance testing.
7. Nice to have skills: Good understanding of cloud technologies, in particular AWS and BI tools.
8. Deep experience working in Financial Services / Banking organizations with an understanding of Financial Services / Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.
9. Exposure to sizable transformation programs and data migrations.
10. A passion for enhancing knowledge and curiosity in emerging technologies.
11. Experience with AI tools.
