More than 900 colleagues work tirelessly across 140 countries, and the numbers are growing. We are owned by 34 automotive companies such as Bosch, Continental, or ZF and take pride in connecting all data for them.

Become our expert (m / f / d) in data analysis and visualization to create value for our clients. Join a dedicated team of professionals to analyze complex systems, uncover insights, and deliver tailored data-driven analytics solutions in the independent automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities :

  • Clean, interpret and analyze data using SQL and Python.
  • Visualize insights and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing reports within BI systems like PowerBI.
  • Understand complex systems and apply statistical methods to data.
  • Seamless collaboration with an agile team of data engineers & consultants.
  • Commitment to advancing the development of data pathways.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Proven experience with Python (including libraries like pandas) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless technologies for building and managing data pipelines, ideally AWS.
  • Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Initial experience in independent automotive aftermarket and adaptability to new industries and markets.
  • Fluent in business English (at least B2 level). Additional languages are a bonus.

Contracts, Salary, and Non-Monetary Benefits :

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).

Compensation package : 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Our travel policy allows for expense reimbursement, ensuring you can explore the world without stressing over your wallet.

Discounts on our corporate benefits program with a broad range of partners.

Flexible remuneration : You have the option to allocate a portion of your salary towards either discounted meal vouchers, kindergarten or health insurance, providing you with valuable benefits and tax advantages.

Location-Independency / Flexibility :

Hybrid or Remote within Spain : Remote work from anywhere in Spain or a hybrid setup. For hybrid, you'll join us at our Santa Cruz de Tenerife office one day per week. Flexible options tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.

Structured Onboarding : you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up : for this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers, we have an extended set-up.

Vacation : 30 working days a year.

Balance Job & Life : Flexible working hours : you decide where and when you work.

Our leadership style is based on results, not the process. In other words, we practice extreme ownership.

Culture :

We value ownership, cooperation, entrepreneurial thinking & self-reflection to communicate effectively as ONE team.

Team culture is Key! We have fun at work and beyond : There is always something to celebrate and regular team events.

Come as you are - do you prefer T-shirts over a shirt? Great.

Your contribution matters : shape our value-driven culture and agile transformation together with your colleagues – we're curious, want to go one step further, build further trust together, and join forces to tackle our challenges as a team.
