Current Hiring: Data Analyst Lead

The responsibilities for this role include:

1. Using automated tools and collaborating with engineering teams to extract data from primary and secondary sources for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting business strategies.
2. Ensuring data accuracy through validation, identifying missing data, and fixing coding errors to support operations.
3. Developing dashboards in Power BI and providing automated KPIs to teams.
4. Creating data-centric methodologies for analyzing content performance.
5. Analyzing user behavior data and funnel metrics to generate recommendations for product and feature improvements.
6. Conducting data and statistical analyses to design efficient operating systems.
7. Gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to provide recommendations to management.
8. Presenting analysis results and recommendations to management and process owners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Mathematics, Finance, or similar fields.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in data acquisition and manipulation tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Knowledge of data visualization; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Self-driven and curious mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
