We’re currently looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team within the beauty and lifestyle sector.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team supporting multiple brands across different markets. Reporting to both the Head of Consumer Data and the Consumer Data Tech Director , you’ll play a key role in enhancing consumer insights and improving the overall customer experience across ecommerce and omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Segment customers and perform deep-dive analyses to support targeted campaigns.

Deliver strategic insights to improve customer experience, retention, and growth.

Build and maintain dashboards for performance, CRM, and eCommerce teams.

Automate reporting and promote a self-serve analytics culture.

Analyze marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Requirements :

Strong SQL skills and ETL pipeline experience.

Background in statistics or quantitative analysis (Python or R is a plus).

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).

Experience with advanced analytical models and customer & marketing analysis.

Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel attribution models.

Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.

Self-starter with excellent time management, high standard of quality and stakeholder engagement skills.
