Formación

• Experiencia como analista de BI/datos de al menos 1 año.
• Dominio de español a nivel C1.
• Experiencia en preparación y mantenimiento de modelos de datos.

• Aumentar la conciencia sobre el acceso a los datos en todos los stakeholders.
• Trabajar colaborativamente en todas las áreas del negocio.
• Comunicar recomendaciones e insights a stakeholders no técnicos.

Cooltra, European leader in sustainable mobility is looking for a Data Analyst to join our data team.

Data team

The data team ensures data quality and provides reports and analysis to the overall of the company : Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the company stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across all areas of our business to make the most of our data.
• Effectively communicate clear recommendations and actionable insight from data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build engaging and interactive visualizations with BI tools.
• Define and analyze main Cooltra KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
• At least, 1 year of experience as a BI / Data Analyst.
• Mandatory : live in Spain and have a C1 level of Spanish.
• Experience preparing, consolidating and maintaining data models.
• Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines.

Bonus Points

• Good skills to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices for a Data Warehouse management.
• Previous experience with tools such as Airflow, Airbyte or dbt.
• Experience in Mobility, Energy or Automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
