The EU External Fulfillment Ops Excellence team is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Data Analyst to help create data-backed insights. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to support programs, investigating root causes of defects, building and maintaining decision support tools, and presenting findings to business partners. Additionally, the Data Analyst will maintain key metrics for business reviews.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes.
2. Help maintain and review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Support the EU External Fulfillment Network with basic data requests.
4. Contribute to data analysis that informs recommendations for EU EF Leadership.
5. Participate in data mining and basic problem-solving tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Level 3 according to European Qualification Framework [EQF]).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of data analysis.
