Zurich Insurance Group, Barcelona, seeks an AI Business Analyst to configure and optimize Cytora in our TDC. You will translate business needs into data specs, calibrate AI models, and collaborate with underwriting, IT and data teams to enable insightful risk decisions.

The role demands 3+ years in analytics within insurance, strong communication, and English plus another language, with a hybrid setup in Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst role.
• Interest in AI enablement and hands-on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms, such as Cytora.
• Structured business and data analysis capabilities, strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• A hands-on, open-minded and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to test, learn and iterate quickly.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Zurich deployment of the Cytora platform, supporting seamless data ingestion and model performance across lines of business.
• Partner with Cytora, IT and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights into Zurich systems and workflows.
• Support the calibration of AI models in line with Zurich underwriting appetite and risk framework.
• Translate business needs into clear data specifications and adapt configurations, prompts and data schemas to country-specific requirements.
• Support new implementation projects and maintain data schemas so they capture relevant business information.
• Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of Cytora AI models.
• Improve data quality, enrichment processes and feature engineering in collaboration with data teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure AI use aligns with Zurich Responsible AI principles.
• Connect underwriting, data and IT teams to build a consistent understanding of AI outputs and use cases.
• Provide training and guidance to underwriters and analysts on the effective use of Cytora capabilities.
• Contribute to Zurich AI adoption strategy and global best practices in digital underwriting.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst role.

Additional experience that would be valuable:

• Familiarity with Commercial Insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Experience with data integration, API workflows or data engineering concepts.
• Experience in process automation or digital submission triage initiatives.
