Job Description:

Experienced Data Analyst with a background in Commercial Operations, Sales, and/or Finance, leveraging data analytics techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets. This role focuses on analyzing complex data sets to provide critical insights for strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will develop automated reporting pipelines and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Commercial Operations, Sales, and Offering teams in daily functions, including report preparation, trend analysis, and tracking strategic metrics.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for automation and efficient data management.
• Creating data-driven reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and strategic metrics.
• Collaborating with BI engineers to improve data accessibility and automate reporting processes.
• Communicating complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate data insights effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience with databases, data pipeline development, and maintenance.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling being advantageous.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in analytics, data science, or data analysis in Sales, Finance, or related areas.
• Experience with ERP & CRM tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Proven track record in delivering data projects, reports, and automated pipelines.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industries is desirable.
